SUPPORTED HOUSING AND ENTITLEMENT PROGRAM (SHEP) SHEP serves as the central intake site for all TLCS programs with the exception of Project Redirection. Clients can be seen either by appointment or on a walk-in basis. Staff provide emergency assistance and advocacy for homeless mentally ill persons related t housing, food, and Mental Health and Related Services Entitlements including General Assistance, Food Stamps, Social Security, GA and Veterans Benefits Eligibility requirements are different for each individual program offered.

This project includes linkages to primary medical and mental health services, life skills training, substance abuse recovery, vocational services, and social activities.
