COMMUNITY OUTREACH SERVICES
This outreach and referral program serves elderly/adults (60+) with mental health issues. It provides access to the Guest House Clinic for psychiatric services, medications, housing and entitlement assistance. HALCYON PLACE SHELTER PLUS CARE
Our long-term residential program provides housing, outreach, transportation, intensive on-site support, and life skills training for homeless disabled single adults whose disability may be mental illness, chemical dependency, or AIDS.(916) 736-6727

Project Outreach is a collaborative effort between Volunteers of America and several community organizations to assist individuals with mental illness living on the streets. SUBSTANCE ABUSE OUTREACH
This is an innovative program that seeks solutions to homelessness by providing substance abuse assessment, referral, and therapy. These services are offered on-site at emergency shelters throughout Sacramento to ensure that homeless individuals who are most in need have access. (916) 874-4351

WOMEN IN JAIL TREATMENT PROGRAM
This drug and alcohol treatment program is specially designed for women incarcerated at Sacramento's Rio Consumnes Correctional Center. The goal of the program is to break the cycle of addiction so that when they are released they can become better parents and more productive members of society.

COMPREHENSIVE ALCOHOLISM TREATMENT CENTER
This Center is Sacramento's comprehensive program for treating and counseling the public inebriate. Components of the program include an 80 bed facility allocated to holding the client for up to 72 hours for evaluation and treatment.
